We are Living Concepts Berlin – and we operate serviced living spaces in one of the most exciting cities in Europe. Specifically, this means we lease apartments, furnish them, manage them professionally, and rent them out as temporary furnished housing (for 3 to 12 months) to people moving to Berlin for work or projects—including professionals, relocations, and corporate clients.

We're Concept Group — a Berlin-based operator running the full operations behind modern living, from commercial and serviced living to student housing and property management. As our Marketing & Leasing Manager (m/f/d), you own occupancy: you fill our units, build demand, and close tenants. This isn't support work — it's the engine of the company, and you'll sit close to every key decision in a young, fast-moving team.

Sales Manager

• You take full ownership of the leasing process for our portfolio, from initial marketing to the final contract, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• You create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for available apartments across all relevant online portals and channels.
• You guide prospective tenants through the entire journey – from the first inquiry and viewings to the contract signing – supported by modern, AI-assisted tools.
• You continuously monitor your leasing performance, analyze key metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and optimize our conversion funnel.
• You work in close partnership with the founders to strategically refine and scale our leasing operations as the company grows.

What you bring

• You're highly motivated and driven by results — you like owning a number and hitting it
• Ideally some experience in marketing, sales, leasing, or customer-facing roles (real estate is a plus, not a must)
• You communicate clearly and confidently, in both English and German
• You're organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling several deals at once
• You're hands-on and pragmatic — you'd rather solve things today than schedule them for next week
• You're comfortable with modern tools and open to using AI to work faster
