At Tesla, our Product Specialist – EventChampion, consistently deliver an incredibly educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all of our customers and future customers. They constitute Tesla’s primary customer educators and brand ambassadors, supporting our transition to sustainable transportation by creating an inviting, exciting and no pressure buying experience for our customers.
As a Product Specialist – EventChampion, you will support customers from the moment they walk into our showrooms to learn about Tesla, through the day they accept delivery of their new Tesla. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles every made and you will help deliver an equally innovative buying experience for all of our customers.
Welcome all walk in guests, answer questions and generally provide our guests with educational and inspirational experience
Provide an in-depth and exciting vehicle orientation for new and future owners. Tailoring each experience to the individual customers’ needs and comfort level
Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled appointment
Educate our guests and customers on the benefits of an all-electric lifestyle and foster the feeling of community amongst our owners
Assist Owner Advisors in co-piloting test drives for Tesla enthusiasts, leaving their drive experience ready to immerse themselves in the sustainable transport revolution
Help our guests stay up to speed with Tesla by subscribing them to digital updates from the company and our founder, Elon Musk
Identify future Tesla owners and encourage them to get behind the wheel and learn for themselves why we make the best car on the planet
Provide the highest level of customer service to all owners and future owners
Additional Event Champion Responsibilities
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to identify and coordinate events to build consumer awareness.
Collaberate with marketing and sales leadership to define lead generation activities in order to fulfil sales goals
Point of contact for event related logistics and execution including; ensuring appropriate staffing, ensuring location and vechile readiness for the event.
Event related communication both internally and externally, including external outreach campaigns.
Collaberate with sales staff to identify external event opportunities around the Store.
Ensuring a positive event experience for our current and future owners.
Strong communication and customer service experience required
Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and organized approach.
Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services.
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Must have and maintain a valid German driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record.
Must have excellent German language skills and fluent English skills
