Social Media Marketing Intern (m/w/d) – Sports Startup | Remote / Munich
At Paero, you'll work directly with the founders, create engaging social media content, and help grow a community of hobby athletes across Germany. You'll be conceptualising and executing our social media and marketing campaign.

What you’ll do
* Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Help produce short-form video and social media posts
* Support community growth and engagement
* Research trends in sports, fitness, and startup marketing
* Help develop Paero’s social media presence and brand voice
* Work directly with the founder on growth experiments and campaigns
What we’re looking for
* Interest in sports, startups, or social media marketing
* Creative mindset and good feeling for trends/content
* Independent and proactive working style
* Fluent in German or English
* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, or TikTok is a plus
What you’ll get
