You will actively support our engineering team in developing and integrating modern AI features into our SaaS platform. Additionally, you will identify and automate internal processes by strategically deploying AI tools across all business units. With your Computer Science background and passion for LLMs, you will help shape the technological future of smartZebra at our Berlin office.

Your tasks:

• Developer Support: Assist the engineering team in developing and integrating AI features into our B2B SaaS platform.
• AI Tooling & Automation: Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Operations) to increase efficiency.
• Prompt Engineering & RAG: Experiment with LLMs, optimize prompts, and support the building of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems for our database.
• Research: Stay ahead of the curve by testing new AI tools and frameworks and evaluating their utility for smartZebra.

Your profile

• Studies: You are studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a comparable degree, ideally at the Master’s level.
• AI Know-how: You have gained experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude), frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), or API integrations.
• Coding Basics: You are confident in coding and ideally have initial experience in software development (Git, APIs).
• Innovation Mindset: You think "AI-first" and are eager to find ways to implement AI meaningfully throughout the entire company.
• Experience: All experience levels are welcome.
• Languages: English (required), German (optional).
