- Acquisition of new customers
- Expand business relationships with potential new customers (SME)
- Follow Up on offers and orders handled within Customer Service
- Maintain business relationship with B Customers
- Support hunting in respective Industries
- Industry research
- Prepare, schedule and realize customer visits (onsite&virtual) - primarily to identify future A-Customers
- Participate in marketing and customer events (e.g. conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
- Training as a forwarding agent or studies in logistics or business administration
- Several years of sales experience in the field of a forwarding or logistics company
- A reputation for taking initiative, setting goals, and getting things done
- The ability to focus on customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Good communications skills
- High team spirit
- Fluent in written and spoken English & German
