  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Expand business relationships with potential new customers (SME)
  • Follow Up on offers and orders handled within Customer Service
  • Maintain business relationship with B Customers
  • Support hunting in respective Industries
  • Industry research
  • Prepare, schedule and realize customer visits (onsite&virtual) - primarily to identify future A-Customers
  • Participate in marketing and customer events (e.g. conferences, exhibitions, etc.)

 

  • Training as a forwarding agent or studies in logistics or business administration
  • Several years of sales experience in the field of a forwarding or logistics company
  • A reputation for taking initiative, setting goals, and getting things done
  • The ability to focus on customers and ensure their satisfaction
  • Good communications skills
  • High team spirit
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & German
