Intern Bayer Foundation (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

• Support the planning and operations of the Bayer Foundation programs
• Help with content creation and management for different communication channels, e.g. social media, newsletter, foundation website
• Support organizing virtual events for e.g. YouTube / LinkedIn live event for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate operational process and support in project data collection and stakeholder management e.g. engage with Project Team leads to collect project status
• Prepare, analyze and document data as well as pro-actively drive assigned tasks on your own

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business, marketing or communication subject and first professional experience desirable
• Very good MS Office skills, SharePoint and Content Management System experience is beneficial
• Well structured and very good organizational skills
• Open minded and fast learning
• Good analytical and conceptual skills to visualize quantitative and qualitative outcomes
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment as well as strong customer focus
• Good team and communication skills and a passion for innovative processes, constantly changing challenges and entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
