PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE


At SAP Customer Experience, which is the strategic business for SAP, we enable our customers to deliver consistent, contextual, and relevant experiences to their customers regardless of channel or device throughout the entire customer journey and we connect the back office to the front office; the demand to the supply chain.


SAP CX Solution Experience is an integral part of the SAP CX Presales organization. Our team provides innovative and integrated demo solutions to support our field teams to showcase the SAP Customer Experience Portfolio to customers and prospects, globally. Our team in Walldorf, Germany collaborates virtually across the CX Solution Experience team to develop prototypes and demos. The solutions provided are delivered by field and management to showcase to customers and prospects, as well as at customer events and conferences, where SAP presents newest solutions to existing and potential future customers. To enable the field to run their demos in our environment, we deliver high-quality demo scripts, videos and documentation, as well as internal communications to our stakeholders via SAP Jam. We are looking for passionate, high-energy, self–directed individuals with strong written and spoken English skills to join our content team to make a difference!

 

You will be part of a passionate, international Team that is closely bridged with Development Teams to first-hand touch and implement products. At the same time, you will be working closely together with experienced field teams to translate real world customer requirements into demo build and implementation experience.

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include: 

•    Development of demo scripts and documentations by working closely together with our Demo Engineers 
•    Test of demo environments and feedback to the demo build team to ensure high quality of delivered solutions 
•    Design and maintenance of internal collaboration channels like SAP Jam and MS Teams
•    Creation of videos on solutions and tools delivered to the field
•    Creation of visuals to be used for demo assets and communications
•    Maintenance of Email templates 
•    Development and design of presentations as well as working materials
•    Research, gathering, analyzing and reviewing data in order to measure adoption in the field


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • Preferred fields of study:  Economics/ Business Administration/ Communication Studies/Translation
  • Language: Fluent in English and German – speaking and writing
  • Tools: Advanced Knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.), knowledge in Photoshop of advantage, Basic skills inCSS3 of advantage
  • Willingness and ability to understand and master new technologies quickly
  • Strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate & collaborate in virtual teams
  • Additional soft skills: Enthusiastic, open-minded, result-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable. Mission possible thinking. Delivery commitment & going last mile
  • Your availability should be at least two semesters, working part time up to 20 hrs/week
