ABOUT THE TEAM

The mission of the Artificial Intelligence team is to enable SAP AI’s transformation towards a scalable AI application development approach via the concept of the AI factory. The SAP AI Business Operations team ensures that the AI team plans and executes in alignment with SAP´s Corporate AI Strategy, strengthens organizational alignment with internal stakeholders and helps to provide SAP AI with simple and efficient Communications- / HR- / Controlling- / Program- / Quality- and Portfolio Management processes and service excellence to deliver the value our customers expect.  The Communications function as part of AI Business Operations is assisting the Executive Communications Lead for AI that an integrated communication strategy for AI is delivered.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a committed and passionate student with a communications and marketing background, who will help drive the internal and external communication activities for SAP AI. Your tasks are:

• Create and post blogposts, articles and social media posts, which are relevant for the various target groups
• Research, develop and deliver communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns, events, executive and customer meetings
• Be a passionate social media expert and increase our social reach, create and maintain a favorable public image through social media
• Take care of community management tasks such as Jam
• Support work with marketing and central communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and leverage content
• Monitoring the SAP social media channels to refresh the AI Community page
• Continuously improving the community with fresh content, new ideas and engaging digital formats
• Curating feedback and moderate responses to articles, questions and comments on community topics
• Participating in digital marketing project management for product launch and demand generation activities for small and midsize businesses

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Communications and/or Marketing
• Computer skills: good skills in all Microsoft Office products necessary; basic knowledge in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: team player, good presentations and communication skills, highly motivated, flexible & open for ad-hoc requests; passionate about creating content like Blogposts and Newsletters
• Others: basic project management skills

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
