Head of IT License Management (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Management and development of the central license management for the IT of the Rheinmetall Group
• Ensuring long-term strategic software asset management in compliance with licensing and legal obligations
• Establishment, maintenance and continuous optimization of stable ITIL/ISO oriented software asset management processes
• Development of guidelines and standards as well as implementation and monitoring of internal and external license audits as a basis for compliance-compliant licensing throughout the Group
• Creation of transparency for the commercial optimization of license procurement

This position may alternatively be exercised at another Rheinmetall location in Germany

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Several years of professional experience with management and budget responsibility in the field of IT license management in a (M) Dax company
• Very good methodological competence and ITIL-oriented process and operational management knowledge around IT governance and IT license management in in- and outsourcing scenarios
• Experienced knowledge of license metrics of common vendors as well as basic knowledge of software use conditions and licensing law, copyright law and open source
• Enthusiasm for the workup in the context of IT transformation
• Independent, self-organized, structured and professional work
• High communication and motivation skills and ability to work in a team
• You also possess assertiveness, resilience, flexibility, intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Fluency in spoken and written English completes your profile
