WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Responsible for all personnel development issues in the division
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the personnel development team as well as budget responsibility
- Consulting and support of managers in all aspects of personnel development
- Conception, organization and implementation of needs-based training courses and programs at national and international level
- Development, control and optimization of the various personnel development processes
- Responsible for the implementation of education and budget planning
- Performance of further education reporting and controlling
- Moderation of workshops and support of change processes
- Collaboration and representation of the division in company-wide working groups and projects
