Design engineer (m/f/d) in the field of mechanics for Team Hungary in Düsseldorf

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Design and detail engineering of individual parts and assemblies with Siemens NX
• Concept development for mechanical assemblies/design studies
• Consideration of cross-system requirements (standards, laws, guidelines etc.)
• Coordination of subcontractors in the processing of work packages
• Checking the work results of subcontractors and internal specialist departments, including collision checks, design of secondary structures etc. in the overall system
• Analysis and evaluation of changes for system compatibility
• Supervision and support of production, purchasing and suppliers in the construction of prototypes
• Support / preparation of internal design reviews
• Development of CAD/PDM article structures and creation of technical drawings
• PDM Change Management

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed (technical) university degree in mechanical engineering or certified technician
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the same field
• Knowledge of the defence or metalworking industry desirable
• Strong knowledge of PDM, Siemens NX and MS Office
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Analytical thinking, willingness to innovate and technical understanding
• Independence, ability to cooperate and teamwork
• Willingness to travel internationally
• German language skills are mandetory
