Head of IT Demand Management (m/f/d) for the Vehicle Systems Division in Düsseldorf

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Development and implementation of an IT demand management organization for the organizational unit including the management of business process analysts
• Management of the customer relationship between IT and the business units as well as the planning and control of measures to analyze and improve the joint value creation
• Coordination, prioritization and bundling of IT service requirements with internal customers
• Internal consulting for general IT-related development processes with regard to market development, improvement measures, investment planning
• Constant exchange and coordination with the contact persons of the departments on topics such as Service architecture/roadmap, projects, status reporting and costs
• Accompanying the IT restructuring with a consulting focus on the topic of demand management of the Rheinmetall Vehicle Systems Division

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, technical informatics or a comparable field of study or comparable training with corresponding work experience
• Relevant professional and management experience in the desired field of activity and experience within a matrix organization
• Extensive experience in project and process management of IT projects in a heterogeneous IT landscape and in change management
• Knowledge of the processing industry or mechanical/plant engineering is desirable
• Reliable knowledge of IT landscapes and their evaluation in the context of requirements
• Experienced handling of the common MS-Office applications as well as good SAP knowledge are advantageous
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with organizational aptitude
• Fluent written and spoken English and a willingness to travel
