YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
• Support in global HR processes such as performance management and talent reviews
• Take part in projects in the CropScience R&D HR area
• Support HR experts in the area of HR Reporting
• Participation in operational HR processes and cooperation with national and international HR business partners
• Assistance in the day-to-day business of the global HR business partners
WHO YOU ARE
• Ongoing studies in psychology , Economics or social sciences with a focus on human resources or a comparable
• First practical HR experience desirable
• Very good MS Office knowledge, first SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking ability
• Passion for HR issues and teamwork
• Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
