THE ROLE
As a working student at the St. Ingbert location you assist and take over tasks from our Project Managers and Back office team to support our Co-Innovation customer projects. You can expect tasks as:

• Preparation of external and internal meetings 
• Creation of meeting minutes
• Back office support e.g. maintainig shared inboxes, creating time sheets and support Project Managers in creating cost plans and budget forecasting
• Evaluation of Co-Innovation projects e.g. creation of actual cost overviews
• Learning and practicing of Agile Methodology (Scrum Development)
• Using Jira tool to maintain tasks and projects pool 
• Support onboarding processes on customer projects

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Student (f/m/d) of a university or college
• Preferred course of study(s): Business Administration, Controlling or similar
• Mandatory very good MS office knowledge 
• Languages: very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Soft skills: independent working style, teamwork, curiosity and open mind   

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
