The IES Tools Team is an internal software development team responsible for defining, designing and implementing the applications that support developers, product owners and the entire product development organization in their daily work.

As a developer (internship or working student) in the team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile environment where ideas become reality, prototypes become products, and product increments are shipped in short cycles. The applications that are developed are mostly related to project management in a CI/CD world. You will be part of a cross-functional scrum team consisting of developers, UX designers and product owners.
In this role, your tasks include:
- take part in the Scrum process, take over backlog items, and share status updates and results in regular review meetings
- join the discussion with product owners, UXDs and other developers and make design or implementation proposals
- support the testing and maintenance of the developed features
- bring new and fresh ideas into the team
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Language skills: German (fluent), English (at least basic)
- Soft skills: Fast learning, independent and goal-oriented working style
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
