The "ICA Global GTM – Industries Programs” team orchestrates strategic content programs across industries, ensures operational excellence, measures result and provides transparency on KPI progress. The industries context is key for bringing the Intelligent Enterprise story to life. By developing compelling and relevant industries content in a programmatic approach, leveraging innovative formats for internal and external audiences, and ensuring amplification to our stakeholders, we enable our organization to tell the Intelligent Enterprise story in an industry-specific yet consistent way.



We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) in part-time to support us within the processes of our content creation programs along the content lifecycle. You will be able to engage in all aspects of content production such as developing new, digital formats, enabling the content creators with detailed guidelines, publishing and distribution of documents and consumption measurement of produced documents.
Your tasks will comprise the following:

  • Support content creation programs, such as Global Sales Plays
  • Finalize and publish content
  • Measuring and tracking the content consumption
  • Communicate and proactively engage with various stakeholders



  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study:  Area of economics, marketing, computer science, business informatics
  • Computer skills: High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), experience with Microsoft Sway and/or content management systems is a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in English is a must, German is a plus
  • Soft skills:  Highly motivated and self-driven team player; experience in international teams is a plus
  • Others: Previous SAP experience would be highly appreciated


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
