Working Student/Intern Business Development (m/f/d) - Dutch Market

We are Raisin, a dynamic and fast-growing fintech company with its headquarters in Berlin. Together, we built a marketplace offering our customers simple, transparent access to deposits across Europe. In addition, in Germany, we also provide ETF portfolios as well as pension products. In the US, we are also offering a Savings as a Service model for bank partners. We raised more than € 195 million in funding from investors including Goldman Sachs, PayPal Ventures, Index Ventures, btov Ventures, Ribbit Capital, Orange Digital Ventures and Thrive Capital.

Was du machen wirst:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You support the Country Head Netherlands in growing the customer base and Assets under Admin for the Dutch market, i.e. increase market penetration and share of wallet.
  • You assist in marketing & PR, driving local (performance) marketing & PR campaigns geared towards the needs of our target audience.
  • You research new potential distribution and marketing cooperation partners for Raisin, reach out to them, and work towards closing deals.
  • You help us grow the product offering and increasing the number of banks on our platform, working closely with the business development and key account management team.
  • You support in assessing and improving the user experience for the Dutch Raisin customers and increasing the conversion on raisin.nl – from A/B testing, via optimizing landing pages and communications to adding value-add content.
  • You weigh in on and improve operational tasks and processes in joint efforts with the product, operations, and CS teams.
  • You monitor, report, and improve our weekly KPIs and play an active role and not only derive the right conclusions but especially implement potential improvements immediately yourself.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's study in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
  • You command excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English, German is a nice-to-have.
  • You have demonstrated first working experience in a (financial) services company or (Fin)Tech – beyond that, a solid understanding of (online) customer acquisition and a passion for great user experiences is a plus.
  • You are being characterized as a pro-active, hands-on, and result-oriented working style.
  • You could be described as an out-of-the-box thinker and use your strong analytical skills to solve problems and constantly improve your working environment for the better.
  • You are sincerely curious about new tasks and topics and not afraid to take large challenges.
  • You handle Excel, PowerPoint, etc. with ease.
  • You have shown excellent academic performance.
  • You are available for a period of minimum of 6 months.
