Purpose and objectives


SAP Customer Experience helps build trusted relationships between brands and their customers to unlock a new world of digital innovation, customer value, and sustainable growth.  We empower businesses to manage the complete customer experience by bringing together customer data management, machine learning and microservices to power real-time, intelligent customer engagements across sales, customer service, marketing and commerce.  We ensure competitive differentiation and brand loyalty through customer experiences that are trusted, simple, personal, helpful, and connected to help customers achieve everyday goals. The SAP CX product portfolio includes Sales Performance Managemt, C4C, Field Service Mgmt, Commerce, Marketing, Customer Data Cloud. We are re-defining Customer Experience by developing competitive cloud products that will accelerate our customers´ success.


About the team


The SAP Customer Experience Engineering & Operations COO Office delivers central services to the entire SAP CX E&O organization to create efficiencies and achieve overall operational excellence. Our topics range from Portfolio and Commercialization, Product Sunset, Tools and Processes, Organizational topics, Quality, Risk Management to Communications, Events, Learning and Administrational efforts.

 

The Role


The role is a focusing on reporting and analysis of different data sources, like BW, Digital Boardroom and many more to help us increase the efficiency of the CX organization through meaningful business KPI definition and tracking. One of the important topics is budget in general and TCO in specific plus all the different cost types to understand how we can generate savings. The topics range across the P&L. 

 

Role Requirements


We are looking for an empathic, enthusiastic and well-structured talent with great communication and networking skills who is diving into topics and is able to structure tasks and activities in a very self-sufficient way. Given the highly strategic environment, we require flexibility and stress resilience and always staying on top of things.

Required skills/ job description


•    Understanding of the SAP organizational set up
•    Overview of the SAP CX portfolio a plus
•    Respective network across the teams
•    True team player with the ability to influence and lead without authority
•    Super structured and pro-active
•    Controlling passion and background
•    Strong experience in analyzing financial data, ideally in the SAP context
•    Cost (specifically knowledge in cost of cloud) and Revenue analysis
•    Knowledge in financial accounting 
•    Creating meaningful reports and forecast models

 

Work Experience


•    Master in Economics
•    Successfully completed internships in Controlling
