ABOUT THE TEAM

In the Financial Services area, we develop industry-specific software with the focus on the requirements of banks and insurance companies. The teams are located in Walldorf (Germany), India, the United States, and Canada. Our teams work in scrum mode and there is a trust-based working model within the teams.

THE ROLE

• Supporting our technical writers in the creation and revision of structured multimedia user assistance content, such as product documentation, graphics, and videos
• Ensuring content quality by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Researching and defining business and technical terminology
• Working in a cross-functional team with software developers and product managers as well as other technical writers
• Strong customer focus

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Studies in technical writing, computer science, business administration, or a language-based course of study
• Ability to describe complex technical concepts clearly and precisely
• Fluent in German with very good spoken and written English skills 
• Team spirit and intercultural skills
• Practical experience as a technical writer is an advantage
