Student Assistant Finance Budgeting (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our team Student Assistant Finance Budgeting (m/f/d)

What are you going to do:

  • Prepare Excel files including the currency conversion and some specifics (R&D, New building activities, etc.) for 25 subsidiaries globally
  • Add newly created accounts
  • Review detail analysis (Maintenance, Legal and Consulting costs)
  • Add intercompany recon sheet
  • Prepare individual and on demand PowerPoint presentations
  • Assure that the final P&L is aligned with budget discussions
  • Review quantity planning in LucaNet consolidation software
  • Analyze and review monthly split of P&L
  • Prepare Shareholder presentations
  • Support preparation of Capex files for 2021

What we ask

  • Enrolled in a state-recognized university in Finance, Controlling or related field of studies
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Expert knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Data accuracy and a navigational expert with Finance software and applications
  • English knowledge on a conversational level
  • Extensive data entry focus and skills required
  • An open and appreciative corporate culture
