Advisor & Value Manager (m/f/d) in Bremen

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Implementation of projects for the optimization of productivity, processes and workflows with a focus on value and efficiency enhancement
• Communicate value-oriented principles, implementation methods and tools for the continuous optimization of projects and processes
• Analysis of the process organization and identification of improvement potentials in administrative processes and in product development
• Implementation of performance projects along the value chain and monitoring of the sustainability of implemented measures
• Moderation of workshops and support of teams for the optimization of process flows
• Moderation and support during workshops
• Training of methods and contents (Lean, Six Sigma, value stream analysis etc.) via different learning channels in workshops, lectures or as training on the job
• Accompanying the teams for self-organisation and independent success control
• Conceptual design and implementation of tools and processes to increase efficiency and value
• Support in the development and implementation of a reporting system and key performance indicators to track initiatives
• derivation of measures for action

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Business/Operational Excellence (OPEX/Lean etc.) or in project management
• Good knowledge of product development and the project management process
• Strong moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and discussion skills
• Distinct service orientation and high persuasiveness
• Secure handling of MS Office and SAP
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Worldwide readiness to travel
