Intern Learning with French (m/f/d) in Berlin

In our European Shared Service Center in Berlin we offer you the chance to experience the area of Learning within an international company. Our HR Services France team consists of circa 20 colleagues, who offer specialized services on different HR topics, such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Inquiry, etc.

Join our HR Services France team for 6 months starting from June and support our colleagues in the preparation and post-processing of educational events offered to the BASF workers in France.

• Entering seminar items and training events into our HR system.
• Reception and registration of seminar attendance lists.
• Support with external invoice handling.
• Quality data checks of the pre-existing information within the HR system Success Factors.
• Organization of registration of BASF employees at external seminar providers for the countries, including data maintenance in our system.
• Furthermore, you will proactively contribute to the information flow and the exchange of experiences.

• You are currently enrolled in Linguistics, Economics, Social Sciences or a similar field and have a strong interest in Human Resources.
• You have an excellent command of French and English and/or German.
• You bring as well a solid knowledge of MS-Office.
• Moreover, you like taking initiatives and are not afraid to propose new ideas which could optimize our process.
• You are looking forward to working in a team with a high level of openness for exchange.
