YOUR TASKS
- Be part of a cross functional team defining the solution for one of our international airline customers
- Understand the problems of customers in airline loyalty industry and define solutions based on our platform Loyalty Management Suite (LMS)
- Lead analysis workshops with our customers to define detailed functional solutions that fulfil the business needs while leveraging our platform strengths
- Actively work with our product owners on the discovery of cutting-edge product features
- Improve and enhance our platform while collaborating in an open and agile environment working daily with your team
YOUR PROFILE
- Loyalty/ Customer Relationship Management or airline background
- Customer oriented and strategic thinking
- Strong problem analyzing skills as well as strong ownership to resolve problems
- Experience in complex software development environments and ability to understand technical impacts of requirements
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- AWS or other cloud experience beneficial
- Good communication skills and personal responsibility
- Willingness to regular business trips including international
- Excellent English is a prerequisite, German or Japanese is desirable
