Junior Business Development Executive (Berlin Based)

What are you going to do:

The Sales Executive will play a key function within the Pro (Handwerksunternehmen) acquisition team at our Berlin office. We're ideally looking for a focused sales professional to manage the sales process to hunting new contractors. This role requires a determined salesperson who can manage their time effectively in order to achieve and surpass targets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Present, promote and sell Plentific’s products to prospective customers, mainly on the phone
  • Work to KPI’s as set out by the Sales Manager
  • Work closely alongside the rest of the Pro team
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media and other channels
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline in detail via Hubspot CRM
  • Ability to recognise sales opportunities and act promptly
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects throughout the sales cycle

We require a level of C1 German and the right to work in Germany as a pre-requisite for this role

What we ask:

  • At least Realschulabschluss
  • Excellent German speaker with very good English
  • Experience in customer acquisition or call center is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of sales processes
  • Fun and sociable personality, a can-do attitude, be willing to learn and be able to overcome challenges
