Intern Biochemistry & Biocatalysis (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

• Work on scientifically exciting and future-oriented topics in the area of biochemistry and biocatalysis
• Support of projects with focus on the application of molecular biological, microbiological and bioanalytical techniques, e.g. cloning procedures to generate recombinant microorganisms and characterization of enzymes
• Help in the use of biocatalysis with focus on industry relevant processes
• Contribute to the evaluation and interpretation of biochemical data
• Gain insights into workflows and processes of industrial biotechnology

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled master student (m/f/d) in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or in a related area, alternatively bachelor student (m/f/d) with completed apprenticeship
• First lab experience in the field of Biocatalysis, Microbiology, Molecular biology and Proteinbiochemistry are mandatory
• Good MS Office knowledge
• High willingness to learn and strong self-motivation
• Passion to work in a multidsciplinary team
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German would be a plus
