Assistenz / Projektmanager

We are a new studio based in Berlin called New Monday. We offer 2 main products: 1) We think, design and build digital prototypes 2) We offer UX, and UI design services to bring the prototype to reality. We operate in Germany. We are based in Berlin and we work mostly remote.

20 - 40 Stunden pro Woche

What are you going to do:

We are looking for an Assistant/ Project Manager to help us organize the work, attend meetings with clients and follow-up afterward.
We need a person able to communicate with our clients in a polite and organized manner, someone reliable with a strong practical sense.

  • Attend meetings with the client
  • Write meeting minutes
  • Organize the design sprint (location, catering, invitations)
  • Calls and follow up
  • Keep track of projects
  • Keep track of timing and budget
  • Prepare the workshop structure

KEY INFO

  • New Monday is young, thus we leave lots of responsibilities to our people. We need more soft skills then hard-skills. We need empathy and nice people to work with, on nice projects with nice clients.
  • You will have to travel from time to time, only the minimum necessary

HOW DO WE WORK:

In a normal situation, we would meet with a client, understand their needs and organise a 2-days workshop to visualise solutions (we use the Design Sprint method). Then, we jump into the design part and we build the prototype.
