Working Student - HR & Recruiting in Berlin
We are looking for a motivated student to join our HR & Recruiting team. The person will work mainly with our Recruiter, focusing on sourcing, but will be involved in a variety of projects.

YOUR TASKS:
- Support the team, especially in the recruitment process but being exposed to various tasks and challenges
- Focus on sourcing, finding and contacting passive candidates in close cooperation with our recruiter
- Organise meetings, schedule interviews, and be in charge of keeping the process smooth and pleasant for candidates and stakeholders
- Learn and assist with drafts, contracts and employees relations
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are a student, and you will be enrolled for at least two more semesters
- Passionate about HR and recruiting, you have an eye for people, and you can communicate clearly
- Native speaker level of German and fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Positive person, ready to keep up to a fast-evolving environment
