Ihre Aufgaben
  • Work with the best: You work with BOSCH researchers to keep the market leadership for one of its products.
  • Learn and compare simulation tools: You screen the available cutting simulation tools and models and explore the advantages and boundaries for the simulation. You use the existing tools to have a better understanding of the contact characteristics.
  • Analyze: You take a look at the experimental results and investigate the wear mechanisms leading to failure. You learn to identify the main parameters affecting the functionality cutting saws.
  • Use your creativity: Last but not least you propose new wear and kinematic models that reproduce the test results. You use physics, machine learning and/or hybrid models.
Ihr Profil
  • Education: Master studies in the field of engineering, materials or physics
  • Character: Highly motivated, independent, committed and performance-driven
  • Knowledge: In tribology, material science and programming is welcomed
  • Motivation: Enthusiasm for new challenges and problem-solving.
  • Languages: Fluent in English or German
