About the team

The Intelligent ERP initiative will make SAP S/4HANA the first AI-enabled ERP solution in the market, through a broad adoption of AI technologies. It brings together SAP S/4HANA development, technology development, and customers in a Co-innovation Engagement.

In a flexible and fast manner, the newly founded Rapid Prototyping Team, consisting of full-stack software engineers, architects, and data scientists, comes up with tangible prototypes and concepts for these high-priority inquiries.

The Role

Being a strong member of a technology savvy team, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge business applications that offer a consumer-grade experience in the business world. 

In this role you will conduct and support various projects in artificial intelligence/machine learning/conversational UI.

You will work closely together with UI/UX designers as well as architects and machine learning engineers to ensure we offer the best possible user experience.  This is an ideal role for a very focused and ambitious individual who can work in a highly flexible environment.

Role Requirements

• Degree in computer science, design, engineering, or a related field
• Exceptionally good development skills in at least two of server/client-side programming language such as Scala, Go, JavaScript, Python, node.js, Java
• Experience in designing & implementing RESTful API’s in a Microservice Architecture approach
• Hands-on experience in continuous integration and build tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, Maven, Gradle
• Experience with cloud-based application development using platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure & Google Cloud Platform
• Desire to deliver consumer-grade applications in an enterprise environment
• Open-minded with formidable team working skills
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and German language 

Work Experience

We are looking for an outstanding individual with professional work experience of up to two years in software development. Graduates are welcome to apply!
