(Senior) Specialist Payroll with Dutch (m/f/d) in Berlin

In our unit HR Services Europe, our fantastic and dynamic Dutch team provides master data and payroll services to our group companies in the Netherlands. Your tasks will be as follow:

• Prepare and process the monthly payroll and implement, improve and maintain administrative HR processes in SAP HR and/or other HR systems.
• Work in close cooperation with our local HR Business Partners in the Netherlands as well as our internal service departments in Berlin, and provide support when needed.
• Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met.
• Demonstrate an advanced knowledge of our Payroll systems and processes, perform continuous analysis, monitor for bugs and define requirements for corrective actions.
• Contribute to our knowledge management by documenting all processes and relevant legal regulations in accordance with our high-quality standards, collaborate on internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing among our European payroll teams.

• You have completed your higher education.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus.
• You possess a solid working experience in Dutch Payroll and HR Administration and you have experience with payroll systems (e.g. SAP, YouForce).
• Towards customers you always present yourself in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Whilst working towards deadlines you demonstrate very strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Moreover, you show a proactive and entrepreneurial personality with a high level of initiative.
• You would like to deepen your knowledge about the specific legal regulations regarding social security, taxes, time management and compensation & benefits in the Netherlands.
• And finally, you are willing to travel (not on a frequent basis).
