• As a chapter lead you will be a role model of technical excellence within your tribe
• Be a mentor and focus on multiplying your skill set within your team, as well as accelerating learning throughout your chapters
• Work constructively with your counterparts from other tribes in order to drive best practices across the organisation

• You are extremely comfortable and have solid back-end experience developing microservices with Go
• You have extensive knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns and SOLID Principles
• Prior experience with unit, integration & functional testing, distributed architectures, applications tuning/profiling, and continuous integration are all highly valued
• You are a great communicator of complex technical topics

Interacting with front-ends, designers, product managers and our teams around the world is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital.
