Inside Sales Asian Market (f/m/d) in Mülheim an der Ruhr

Your responsibilities:

• maintaining existing and establishing new customer contacts in close collaboration with the team lead and our local sales offices, with special focus on the markets in China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan
• assuming inquiry processing, preparation of offers and project tracking as well as booking and handling customer orders
• intensive customer care and support
• acquiring market, product and sales know-how as well as continuously monitoring and analysing the market
• contract management in close cooperation with our European plants

Your profile:

• successfully completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in material or mechanical sciences, industrial engineering or similar technical degree
• excellent language skills in Mandarin and English, good German skills will be advantageous
• excellent communication skills and team spirit as well as a customer focused and persuasive personality
• significant independent working methods and initiative on a high level
• very acquainted with Asian cultures
• capacity and willingness to travel occasionally
