The Role

Our Tesla Advisors consistently deliver an incredibly exciting experience for all of our customers; whether current or future, creating a memorable and educational experience.

The Tesla Advisor, will be the front line and brand ambassador, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Your main responsibilities will be to support customers, at all touch points - offering them learning and guidance about Tesla Products, through the entire journey. We want every customer to feel valued and informed, about our innovative products, and you will help to deliver an equally innovative buying and delivery experience.

 

Responsibilities

·         Engaging all customers promptly and personally, ensuring their first interaction is welcoming

·         Excite, engage and educate all prospective and existing customers through open lines of communication

·         Help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting and updating customer contact information

·         Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets

·         Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the full sales and delivery cycle, as well as continued support throughout ownership

·         Prepare, stage, and charge customer vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment

·         Educate new owners by conducting a comprehensive orientation, tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level

·         Execute customer documents for delivery day

·         Conduct direct deliveries from Delivery Centers to customer homes

·         Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, to meet business needs

 

Requirement

·         Demonstrable experience within a Customer Service environment

·         Positive, enthusiastic and passionate

·         Strong sense of team mentality and reliability

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Astute attention to detail

·         Genuine interest about Tesla products and services. Especially keeping up with EV industry trends and local incentives

·         Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts

·         Flexible approach to the working environment

·         Ability to work evenings and weekends

·         Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record

·         Legal right to work in place in the country you are applying to

·         Good level of English and German, both oral and written
