Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
• Support of the Group HR Business partner
• Prepare documents for running HR projects
• Do research work for current and future HR projects
• Work on own HR subprojects
• Generate own ideas and set impulses proactively
Digital Transformation & Marketing
• Gather information from new employees for our website
• Upload and update content on our website
• Take care of our Social Media channels and generate content
• Representatively manage our conference tools
• Edit existing presentations
• Upload & update Reports on SharePoint
• Create how-to tutorials and Blog content

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience
• Experience in Marketing
• Experience in HR would be a great add-on
• Excellent communication skills – able to tailor message for a diverse range of audiences
• Strong written and verbal command of German and English
• Organized personality with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Intellectual and cultural curiosity
• Proactive with internal and external clients and responsive to their needs
• Microsoft Office
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation would be an advantage
