Account Executive @ Wonderwerk in Berlin

Wonderwerk is training software that reduces ramp time and helps sales reps close more deals. We are looking for an account executive who will accompany us on our mission to prepare people for success in their job through better education. We work with a number of different clients, but we specialize in developing world-class training programs for salespeople.

30 - 40 Stunden pro Woche

Was du machen wirst:

  • Maintain a data-driven sales forecast and create visibility for our revenue pipeline.
  • Develop our product pitch and positioning based on customer feedback.
  • Provide feedback on market developments to our sales and product teams.

Was wir erwarten:

  • Kein Abschluss erforderlich
  • You believe in our vision of continuous learning and live it. You bring talent but also an ear for feedback, so we can learn and validate new ideas.
  • Strong ambition to work in the sales of a startup in the early phase.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but dedication and mindset is more important to us.
  • German native speaker, fluent in English spoken and written.
  • Curiosity to understand customers, diagnose their problems, and prescribe the right solution.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. You manage to convey a message in a few sentences.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers at VP level.
  • Targeted, focused, committed and ambitious to become a Sales Champion.
  • You are self-motivated and have a high degree of autonomy. You engage and communicate proactively with the entire team.
