DE EHS Regional Manager in Leipzig

Basic Qualifications
· Degree level or equivalent in a Safety related field
· 5+ years experience as an EHS Manager within an operational environment
· Experience developing safety and/or environmental policy, training and quality assurance materials
· 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
· Experience implementing Lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
· Willing to travel, up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications
· Validated leadership skills in a high-production environment
· Forward thinking manager with a high degree of customer service, thinking outside of the box and holding to company policies and goals
