On behalf of TUI Group, we are looking for outstanding graduates for the International Graduate Programme - Digital & IT to start in March 2020 with an application closing date in September 2019. International Graduate Programme, Digital & IT, Fixed Term.

• Make the most of your individual graduate Programme and be involved in choosing your own four assignments in different TUI Group locations mostly in Europe
• Experience an exciting mix of day-to-day business and project work in different fields of IT (e.g. IT Architecture, Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud Solutions, IT Security, AI)
• Take responsibility for a team as project lead during your 8 weeks leadership assignment
• Develop your skills through tailored personal development with workshops, coaching, mentoring and feedback sessions
• Gain exceptional experience in all aspects of our organisation, shaping the future of travel
• Collaborate with engaged employees and senior managers from our global businesses
• Work on a common business project as a virtual graduate team

• Minimum of 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a university or a business school ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable study with focus on Information Technology
• Ready to start your professional career after completing your studies in the last two years until the start of the programme
• Language talents with English language skills to business standard, additional European languages are preferable
• Minimum of 3 months international experience
• Minimum of 6 months IT related work experience
• Passion for IT, excellent customer focus with strong analytical and communication skills as well as strong management potential
• Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to be internationally mobile

• 20 months Graduate Programme including international projects, extensive networks and individual development
• 38.000 EUR salary per year, additional support with expenses associated with international assignments and travel concessions
