Our HR Transformation (HRT) professionals work with clients to clearly define, structure, and implement HR solutions regarding Strategy & Workforce Transformation, Operating Model & Organization, Service Delivery Model incl. Shared Services, Digitalization as well as HR Technology and HR in the Cloud for their future talent needs. We create a uniform, high quality, cost-effective HR service model, powered by technological capabilities in order to optimise business alignment and performance.

We are looking for exceptional talents to strengthen our teams in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover, Frankfurt, Munich und Stuttgart. 

• HR IT strategy: Consulting international clients on the selection and different implementation scenarios of cloud software
• Design client specific solutions based on standard applications: identification of the client’s requirement, preparation, delivery and documentation of workshops
• Implementation of HR IT technologies: configuration of HR cloud solutions and the integration to other systems
• Project management: control support test cycles of new implementations and customization of drivers in the project progress

• You have successfully graduated from university with an above-average bachelor or master degree, with a focus on business IT or business administration
• High affinity and interest in technology as well as a solid understanding for the client sector
• You have basic knowledge in HR processes, HR operating models and HR IT solutions
• You are able to build up strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development
• You are mobile and able to travel and also have excellent presentation and communications skills in both English and German
• You like to think analytical, you are a problem-solver and team-orientated person
• You actively seek out challenges and opportunities for personal development and feel responsible for your own and your team’s success
