Global Process Owner (f/m/d) Packaging Design in Hamburg

Be part of the Global NIVEA Design Team! In your role the key responsible is to optimize the NIVEA Packaging Advertising Process. You take care of the overall process governance: from delivering projects on time and on quality, report execution progresses, support graphical administrative tasks and continuous improve of the process. You are the face to diverse internal stakeholders from Marketing, Design & Supply-Chain, but also to external Agencies.

Your Tasks in detail:

• Consulting, management and governance of the packaging design (artwork) process
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the global artwork process infrastructure
• Monitoring and steering of artwork agencies and IT-providers together with the business sourcing team
• Enhancement of our IT -Tool in cooperation with the Digital-Team
• Reinforcing process discipline on a global scale and monitor implementation quality based on defined KPIs
• Regular and need-based trainings as well as advancement of training concepts and material
• Close collaboration with global & local marketing, Procurement, Supply-Chain and artwork agencies/providers

• University degree with business focus
• Several years relevant experience in process & project management on company side or from a consultancy.
  • Project-based experience in FMCG- Marketing would be a plus
• Understanding of creative processes
• Excellent analytical and conceptional skills
• Self-starting personality that knows how to develop and implement processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multi-task, plan, and organize
• Strong cross-functional communication and conflict management (problem solving) skills
• Proven technical affinity

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Fluent in English
