The TUI Hotels & Resorts Distribution team are responsible for managing the sales and marketing for our owned and joint venture portfolio of hotel brands with a focus on the so called M3 (ROBINSON, TUI BLUE, TUI MAGIC LIFE). The distribution set-up is based on a multi-channel approach (TUI Tour Operators, Online, 3rd Parties and International Sales) and will enable Group to deliver on the planned expansion of fully controlled hotels & clubs. A success-critical factor is providing the distribution team and the P&L responsible managers with a solid planning and a proper reporting process across all channels. The Manager Strategy, Projects & Analysis will be responsible for establishing, running and maintaining the process for defining and evolving the strategy for a multi-channel distribution. The strategy considers the current reliability on Group´s tour operator sales. The role will also be responsible for setting-up and managing own and function´s projects. Another remit will be regular data analysis, aggregation and their translation into comprehensive and structured presentations for area´s and Group´s senior and top management. Being involved in various items of the day-on-day business with the Director of Distribution and the team a key part of the role will be support related. For TUI Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH in Hanover (other European TUI source market offices would be considered) we are seeking with immediate effect a: Manager Strategy, Projects & Analysis (m/f/d).

- Weekly analysis of sales performance in M3 (ROBINSON, TUI BLUE, TUI MAGIC LIFE) across all markets & channels
- Shaping and ongoing improvement of the sales planning and reporting process
- Supporting and driving the distribution strategy process in a multi-channel approach
- Preparation (including reports) for top management meetings
- Preparation and running of sales meetings (Agenda management, minutes, follow-up) incl. ongoing set-up review and improvement
- Representing the Director of Distribution in (project) meetings
- Managing own sales & distribution projects within the M3 environment
- Acquiring and leading graduates for assignments in M3 Distribution
- Master-degree education with 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent project planning and management skills, with proven ability to deliver on time and to budget in matrix structures
- Knowledge about the major sales channels (tour operator, online, OTA)
- Commercial orientation and solution-driven, open mindset
- Strong KPI and process focus
- Proactive and self-driven, youll be confident working independently, but have strong team ethics
- Powerful communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas
- Capability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and to aggregate complex items
- Highly organised with a flexible approach and openness to work in fast evolving structures with / for various stakeholders
- Fluent in English, other languages as German a benefit
