International Graduate Programme - Commercial, Fixed Term in Hannover

On behalf of TUI Group, we are looking for outstanding graduates for the International Graduate Programme - Commercial to start in March 2020 with an application closing date in September 2019. International Graduate Programme - Commercial, Fixed Term.

• Make the most of your individual graduate Ppogramme and be involved in choosing your own four assignments in different TUI Group locations mostly in Europe
• Experience an exciting mix of day-to-day business and project work in different commercial departments (e.g. Strategy, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales & Marketing)
• Gain insight into the financial sector during one assignment in a predefined finance discipline (e.g. Controlling, Accounting, Audit, M&A)
• Get to know and work with our employees and customers in a holiday destination
• Develop your skills through a blended learning approach with personal development conversations, workshops, mentoring and an online Graduate academyGain exceptional experience in all aspects of our organisation, shaping the future of travel
• Collaborate with engaged employees and senior managers from our global businesses
• Work on a common business project as a virtual graduate team

• Good degree (2:1 or equivalent) from a university or a business school ideally in Business Administration, International Management or Economics
• Language talents with English language skills to business standard and at least one additional European language, additional German would be an asset
• Minimum of 3 months international experience
• Minimum of 6 months commercial work experience
• Excellent customer focus with strong analytical and communication skills as well as strong leadership potential
• Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fast-paced Environment
• Flexibility to be internationally mobile

• 20 months Graduate Programme including international projects, extensive networks and individual development
• 38.000 EUR salary per year, additional support with expenses associated with international assignments and travel concessions
