SEO & Website (UX/UI) Manager (f/m) in Hamburg

The SEO & Website (UX/UI) Manager (f/m) will be responsible for the continued development of the website (front and backend) and the D2C e-shop for Derma & Healthcare, as well as developing a future proof platform strategy.

Your Tasks:

• Development and management of the global website templates in terms of UX/UI
• Lead development, implementation and monitoring of systems, tools and functionalities for the global brand websites and web shops
• Technical and content SEO development, as well as global monitoring and reporting
• Manage and coordinate technical rollout of global tools in collaboration with agencies and local markets
• Responsibility for the global hosting of our websites
• Develop and maintaining of project plans and global guidelines
• Responsibility for the domain management and consideration of all legal requirements in cooperation with the legal department

• Provide guidelines and support to local Digital Managers in terms of local website maintenance and SEO

• University degree (preferably marketing or business informatics)
• Several years of professional experience in Digital Marketing / eBrand Management
• Very good understanding of technical systems & technologies e.g. CRM, CMS, SAP
• High knowledge of SEO techniques
• Experience in the guidance of agencies
• Excellent project management and sound cost and budget management skills
• Very good analytical skills and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SimilarWeb, WebTrends, SEO tools etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive & confident

• Fluent in English, additional languages would be advantageous
