Customer Support Manager (m/f/d) in Bonn
As a Customer Support Manager you will join a successful company founded and financed by the successful investor Frank Thelen who is famous for the award-winning German version of the TV show „Shark Tank“ („Die Höhle der Löwen“). You’ll be a member of the customer support team for our award-winning mobile apps Scanbot for iOS & Android as well as Unfade for iOS.
What are you going to do:
- Maintain and improve our high customer satisfaction by acting as the spokesperson of our customers.
- Provide technical support for our apps via Zendesk.
- Provide quality assurance and testing for new products and releases.
- Manage customer ratings on the App Stores and beyond.
