Internship in our French Customer Support in Köln

Learnship Networks is a global language learning provider founded in 2008 and headquartered in Cologne, Germany. We are the first European-wide internet language school specializing in live online instruction for business clients, connecting students and trainers from all over the world by video-conference in an interactive online classroom. Our freelance trainers all receive tailor-made induction training, are located across the world and are able to teach from the convenience of their homes. For three months, starting in November, we offer an exciting Internship in our French Customer Support in Cologne

40 Stunden pro Woche
450€ pro Monat

What are you going to do:

  • Support of our French Customer Support team with scheduling online language courses, triallessons etc. with French-speaking customers via phone and email
  • Introduction to our virtual classroom in French and English, if applicable also in other languages
  • Documentation of course details in our internal Training Management System
  • Communication with customers and follow-up on course participation and satisfaction
  • Collaboration with other internal departments
  • Administration and documentation

What we ask:

  • Abitur
  • You have a background in Languages, Pedagogy, Tourism, Business or a similar field
  • Fluency in French and very good English skills are required, other language skills are a plus (e.g. German, Chinese, Spanish)
  • You have ideally gained first work experience in a similar job
  • You have a good level of comfort with technology and MS Office
  • You are characterized by an outgoing, communicative personality and possess good organizational skills
  • Due to your high motivation and ambition, you like to quickly learn new tasks
