About the Team:

Quality Assurance is the heart of Talixo, it is a Team which is responsible for deciding which processes have a positive impact on our quality and which of them need to be adjusted to make the passengers satisfied with our services. The Team's main task is to make sure each Talixo Ride is a Perfect Ride.

You do not have to have a huge experience to join us but the motivation and the natural curiosity with a desire to learn are a must.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyzing quality and service performance of our suppliers
  • Executing daily client support including responding to questions/complaints and following up on reported issues
  • Coordinating customers and partners retention
  • Taking care of quality & product control

  • Bachelorabschluss
  • You enjoy working with international clients and are fluent in English (French or Spanish is nice to have),
  • Your are a great analyst happy to evolve team processes that balance agility, quality, and scale,
  • You have some experience in customer support,
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude towards your work,
  • You are willing to work in a startup-environment
  • You are an excellent problem solver with exceptional organizational skills
