Deine Aufgaben

You know what your customers need before they ask. As an e-commerce professional, you know how to help our online merchants to improve the performance of their shops. You are able to identify optimisation potential and provide essential value in the moments that matter throughout the journey of your Customers. You will be responsible to boost renewals and increase Up-/Cross-selling within your customer portfolio. . Day by day, your customers’ success is your goal and motivation.


  • Pro-active customer management: Within you portfolio, you take care of new and existing customers, put ideas and new products forward to optimize the performance of their online shops. You know your customers and are able to identify the optimisation potential of their online shops, because you not only want to see your customers happy, you want them to be successful with our platform!
  • With your pro-active approach you make sure to boost renewals, Up- and Cross-selling within your customer portfolio.
  • Customer communication and service: you are the first contact person in case of questions and you support customers with your e-commerce know-how.
  • Identifying business potential: you are fully aware of the objectives and the daily challenges of an online shop. That’s where you come into play to successfully position our technologies.
  • Interface: you are the interface between customers and IT/product development. As such, you help us develop even more targeted solutions for your customers.
Dein Profil
  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize your activities
  • Hands-on mindset and will to have daily contacts with customers
  • Basic technical knowledge and affinity to e-commerce/internet
  • French at native-speaker level and excellent command of English; other languages would be a plus
  • Good command of MS-Office
  • You will learn how to master active management of your customers and how to make them more successful. We will also train you on how to successfully negotiate with e-commerce stakeholders at management level.
  • In the framework of your training, you will get an extensive overview of our products and you will learn why trust is an important success factor in e-commerce.
  • An open-ended contract at Europe’s trust brand for e-commerce in the centre of Cologne
