What are you going to do

As a Customer Service Agent (m/f) you are responsible for handling all customer requests and answering questions regarding the delivery process via chat. Your strengths include friendliness, a strong service awareness and great written communication skills in either Swedish or Norwegian. You serve as the first point of contact for foodora's customers and ensure a great customer experience.
