Description du poste

You will process invoices with ERP;

You will make sure that invoices are booked on the correct account with a specific project code;

You will ensure the correct approval process as well as proper documentation;

You will prioritise invoices with regard to their liquidity situation and prepare the payment procedure accordingly;

You will answer all inquiries concerning financial matters.

Profil recherché

  • Niveau licence ou Bachelor minimum
  • Bachelor’s degree in business economics, accounting/finance or equivalent
  • French, German or any other european language as your native language or on a native level (C2)
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferably ½ a year of experience in the Accounts Payable Department
  • Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills, and experience with ERP is a plus
  • Accuracy and the ability to work with data
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills as well as a professional appearance
