Ce que vous allez faire
You will process invoices with ERP;
You will make sure that invoices are booked on the correct account with a specific project code;
You will ensure the correct approval process as well as proper documentation;
You will prioritise invoices with regard to their liquidity situation and prepare the payment procedure accordingly;
You will answer all inquiries concerning financial matters.

Ce qu'on vous demande:
- Niveau licence ou Bachelor minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics, accounting/finance or equivalent
- French, German or any other european language as your native language or on a native level (C2)
- Fluency in English
- Preferably ½ a year of experience in the Accounts Payable Department
- Good Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills, and experience with ERP is a plus
- Accuracy and the ability to work with data
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills as well as a professional appearance
