Revenue Growth Analyst (w/m) in Hamburg

• You really make a difference by supporting commercial category strategies to maximise revenue growth thanks to a deep analysis of assortment and pricing RGM levers.
• You develop trade sell-in stories for key innovations and major RGM initiatives for the categories you are responsible for.
• You contribute to build RGM capabilities for assortment and pricing across the global organisation (Affiliates, Marketing, Global Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance including Controlling).
• You assist our RGM Implementation Managers by providing them with analyses for the relevant categories in order to roll out RGM at country level in Europe.
• You embed the sales input in the global and regional innovation strategy .
• You co-create the implementation of basic category management tools globally across markets with a focus on assortment management (priority ranking tool) and merchandising guidelines (planograms).

• University degree in business administration/economics
• Relevant experiences in Sales, Marketing and/or S&CM
• International and ideally change management experience
• Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong personal integrity and dependability as well as analytical and strategic mindset
• Ability to work and achieve results even under strong pressure
• Fluency in English
