International Brand Manager (w/m) Pain/Condoms in Hamburg

Beiersdorf, the creators of great brands like Nivea, Eucerin and Hansaplast, is looking for an International Brand Manager to join their young, international Health Care team in Hamburg.

Your main tasks:

In this role you will help develop and implement effective brand-building strategies for our Health Care portfolio, including our Pain and Condoms business. You will brainstorm and execute creative ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives, help develop and implement brand plans and measure results.

Your goal will be to increase sales, grow brand awareness and win market share through effective marketing activities, specifically:

• Deliver market beating in-market activation from briefing to approval using strong insight, planning, prioritisation and decision making skills to drive brand growth.
• Provide New Product Introductions (NPI) to strengthen our Health Care portfolio
• Prepare reports on brand performance and sales with clear recommendations
• Analyse category performance , competitors and market trends to optimise the brand plans
• Exchange and collaborate successfully with our key international priority markets and regions as well as with the different functional teams (eg regulatory, packaging, finance, etc).
• Manage, lead and drive key portfolio projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget, ensuring buy in from the business and priority markets.

We are also looking at the following:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field; Master’s is a plus
• Several years of work experience, preferably in OTC/FMCG company in local, regional or global marketing roles
• Experience in OTC related fields is an advantage
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• International experience desirable, international mindset is a must
